A avalia\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 da chefe do Departamento de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Profissional e Promo\u00e7\u00e3o Social (DEPPS) do SENAR, Andr\u00e9a Barbosa Alves, ao conhecer o resultado da pesquisa que mostra perfil da mulher no agroneg\u00f3cio, divulgada no Congresso Nacional das Mulheres do Agroneg\u00f3cio 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para Andr\u00e9a o que mais chama a aten\u00e7\u00e3o nas mulheres do agroneg\u00f3cio \u00e9 o investimento em capacita\u00e7\u00e3o continuada. \u201cElas querem produzir bons resultados e padr\u00e3o na produ\u00e7\u00e3o, mas tamb\u00e9m pensam na equipe como comunidade porque convivem com as fam\u00edlias que est\u00e3o dentro da propriedade rural. Elas s\u00e3o agregadoras, detalhistas, se preocupam com o bem-estar animal\u201d, destaca Andrea.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante o evento, Andr\u00e9a e a Coordenadora T\u00e9cnica do Programa CNA Jovem, Fernanda Jackeline Nonato, tamb\u00e9m conheceram de perto a hist\u00f3ria de mulheres que fazem a diferen\u00e7a no setor agropecu\u00e1rio brasileiro. Ela conta que muitas produtoras receberam a propriedade rural como heran\u00e7a e j\u00e1 estavam inseridas no processo de sucess\u00e3o, a heran\u00e7a programada. Outras tinham familiares na propriedade rural, mas deixaram o campo para estudar na cidade e, depois, precisaram voltar para assumir a gest\u00e3o da propriedade. Al\u00e9m das representantes de Bras\u00edlia, Andr\u00e9a e Fernanda, estavam presentes no congresso t\u00e9cnicas de algumas regionais do SENAR e uma participante do CNA Jovem 2016, Talitha T\u00e1batha do Cear\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A coordenadora do CNA Jovem diz que participar desse tipo de evento e a rede de contato que proporciona \u00e9 oportunidade riqu\u00edssima. \u201cAfinal, t\u00ednhamos ali v\u00e1rias mulheres que s\u00e3o \u00edcones dentro do setor e que tem muito a contribuir para o nosso programa e as demais a\u00e7\u00f5es de continuidade na Rede CNA Jovem. Isso nos faz perceber o quanto as mulheres do setor, das mais jovens as mais experientes,\u00a0 est\u00e3o sedentas por conhecimento e o quanto elas valorizam as oportunidades, as tend\u00eancias de gerenciamento e a inova\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, declara Fernanda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Com Licen\u00e7a Vou \u00e0 Luta <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O SENAR desenvolve um programa especialmente para as mulheres do campo. Com carga hor\u00e1ria de 40 horas\/aula, as participantes aprendem no\u00e7\u00f5es de gest\u00e3o e com conte\u00fados espec\u00edficos de desenvolvimento humano. O Programa ajuda as mulheres a melhorar a administra\u00e7\u00e3o da propriedade, seja como chefe de fam\u00edlia ou auxiliando o marido e transformando a participa\u00e7\u00e3o feminina em fator decisivo para o sucesso da empresa rural.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Resultado da pesquisa <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As mulheres geralmente s\u00e3o mais sens\u00edveis, abertas a inova\u00e7\u00f5es, possuem vis\u00e3o sist\u00eamica dos processos e t\u00eam grande capacidade de transforma\u00e7\u00e3o e buscam constantemente a qualidade. De acordo com a pesquisa sobre o perfil da mulher do campo, essas caracter\u00edsticas tamb\u00e9m se aplicam \u00e0s produtoras rurais.
